Radiant, Rooted, & Expressive is a free monthly community gathering rooted in movement, reflection, and creative connection. It’s a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with your body and voice, and share thoughtful conversation in community.
Each month carries a different emphasis — sometimes breath and rest, sometimes responsive movement, sometimes reflective writing or creative exploration. Our time together reflects yoga in its fuller tradition: breath, self-study, inner awareness, and shared connection woven into lived experience.
The format is intentionally spacious and flexible. There’s room to experiment, to respond to what’s present, and to ask questions along the way.
You’re invited to participate actively, quietly observe, or simply rest.
No prior experience is needed. Everything is optional.
