How the Journey Unfolds

Return to Radiance follows a carefully paced arc — from rest and release toward clarity, connection, and creative renewal.

Each week is guided by a theme from yogic philosophy and includes movement, meditation, reflection, and conversation. Journal prompts support self-study and integration.

As the weeks unfold, subtle shifts begin to build, creating a renewed sense of self.

Week 1 — Rest & Release

An invitation to come down from the pace you’ve been keeping. Through grounding, slow movement, and exhale-led practices, the body begins to soften, creating space for steadiness and ease.

Week 2 — Self-Forgiveness & Compassion

This week softens the pressure you place on yourself. Gentle, heart-centered practices support softening self-judgment and allowing safety to come from care rather than pressure.

Week 3 — The Art of Non-Attachment

A week of loosening the grip. Through breath, movement, and reflection, you explore what happens when effort eases and you allow things to be held more lightly.

Week 4 — Guiding Your Energy

Attention shifts to boundaries and sustainability. You’ll explore how your energy moves, where it drains, and how to stay connected to yourself without overextending.

Week 5 — Connection & Meaning

With more steadiness in place, this week opens toward connection — with yourself, with others, and with what feels meaningful. Practices support connection that feels nourishing rather than demanding.

Week 6 — Awakening Creativity

As rest and clarity take root, creative energy begins to reappear. This week invites curiosity, expression, and play.

What Participants Often Leave With

By the end of six weeks, something subtle but unmistakable shifts.

Participants often describe:

  • A steadier internal rhythm that holds under pressure
  • A more compassionate inner dialogue
  • Boundaries that protect vitality without guilt
  • Energy that feels sustainable
  • A clearer sense of what feels meaningful in life
  • Creative spark beginning to move again

The change isn’t dramatic. It’s grounding.

A steadier sense of connection, satisfaction, and clarity takes hold.

Support Between Sessions

Each week, you’ll receive prompts for exploration and reflection.

Notice when you feel steady, and when you’re pushing past your limits.

Experiment with subtle shifts that deepen the thread from week to week.

Pause to reconnect with your breath, body, and voice.

The Radiance Journal

Return to Radiance includes a thoughtfully designed digital journal that mirrors the arc of the program.

Each chapter follows a steady structure: a brief orientation, a grounded nervous system and yogic lens, key practices to revisit, and space for thoughtful reflection.

There is room to note what feels restorative, what creates strain, and what is quietly evolving.

By the end of the program, this is more than a collection of notes. It becomes a record of:

  • What restores energy and supports natural rhythm
  • What it feels like to release unnecessary pressure
  • How boundaries protect vitality
  • What feels meaningful and genuinely aligned
  • Where creative spark begins to emerge

Something personal to return to long after the six weeks are complete

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Everything in this program is beginner-friendly and accessible. You can participate seated, standing, lying down, or even do some practices in bed.

The program is taught from a trauma-informed lens. Everything is an invite and you are never pressured to go beyond your comfort level.

The practices are:

  • gentle
  • trauma-aware
  • choice-based
  • non-performative
  • paced to avoid overwhelm

Recordings are provided for every session. Because the practices build over time, you can revisit the guided rest and breathwork before the next week if you need to miss a session.

Recordings will not include small group discussions.

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • a gentle check-in
  • slow, supportive movement (chair or floor)
  • breathwork for nervous system regulation
  • a 20–30 minute guided rest practice
  • simple sleep-supportive education
  • light journaling or reflection
  • Optional weekly assignments to prepare for each week

Camera off after introductions is welcome. You can show up in pajamas. You can lie down the entire time.

That’s completely okay. Sharing is optional. Everyone is invited to take care of themselves. Some people start slow and share more as they get to know others in the program, but it’s not required.

Yes, and maintaining your rest rhythm is important.

You are invited to join Radiant, Rooted, & Expressive, a free monthly gathering for movement, reflection, and connection. Participate, observe, or rest. No experience needed.

Possible by Design also offers ongoing workshops, group programs, and yoga therapy. New group programs are under development. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter for the latest news.

  • WiFi access

  • A quiet space with soft lighting
  • A yoga mat or comfortable surface
  • A bolster is optional, but highly recommended — or have a thick pillow or rolled up blanket on hand.
  • Yoga blocks are optional, but can be helpful from time to time; books can make a good substitute
  • (Optional) A chair for seated or standing practice support
  • (Optional) A pillow or blanket for support and comfort

The program is not therapy, however, many people find  the exploration of yogic concepts along with optional group sharing, meditation, and gentle movement to be beneficial to their emotional health. It can compliment therapy but it is not a substitute.
