Mind-Body Practices for Rest, Regulation, and Creative Renewal with Sarah Atkinson
For people drawn toward greater ease, connection, and creative energy.
Through a steady weekly rhythm of embodied practice, reflection, and conversation,
You’ll create space for rest, clarity, and creative energy to reemerge, especially after periods of stress or overextension.
Return to Radiance follows a carefully paced arc — from rest and release, toward clarity, connection, and creative renewal. Join online from anywhere.
An invitation to come down from the pace you’ve been keeping. Through grounding, slow movement, and exhale-led practices, the body begins to soften, creating space for steadiness and ease.
This week softens the pressure you place on yourself. Gentle, heart-centered practices support softening self-judgment and allowing safety to come from care rather than pressure.
A week of loosening the grip. Through breath, movement, and reflection, you explore what happens when effort eases and you allow things to be held more lightly.
Attention shifts to boundaries and sustainability. You’ll explore how your energy moves, where it drains, and how to stay connected to yourself without overextending.
With more steadiness in place, this week opens toward connection — with yourself, with others, and with what feels meaningful. Practices support connection that feels nourishing rather than demanding.
As rest and clarity take root, creative energy begins to reappear. This week invites curiosity, expression, and play.
By the end of the 6 weeks, you may experience:

That’s completely okay. Sharing is optional. Everyone is invited to take care of themselves. Some people start slow and share more as they get to know others in the program, but it’s not required.
Yes, and maintaining your rest rhythm is important.
You are invited to join Radiant, Rooted, & Expressive, a free monthly gathering for movement, reflection, and connection. Participate, observe, or rest. No experience needed.
Possible by Design also offers ongoing workshops, group programs, and yoga therapy. New group programs are under development. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter for the latest news.
The program is not therapy, however, many people find the exploration of yogic concepts along with optional group sharing, meditation, and gentle movement to be beneficial to their emotional health. It can compliment therapy but it is not a substitute.
