There’s no choreography to learn and nothing to get “right.”

It can be quiet, playful. Even a little awkward at first.

This tends to resonate with people who:

  • feel disconnected from creativity or expression
  • spend a lot of time in their head
  • want something more open than a structured class

Self-expression thrives when you stop censoring yourself.

Whimsical & Wild is Designed as a Guided Experience

The program follows a steady arc from play and ease toward claiming space and unapologetic expression.

You’ll move through a sequence of sessions that build over time, creating space for expression to unfold.

Along the way, you’ll begin to:

  • build comfort with expression
  • access deeper layers of creativity
  • integrate what you experience

The program also includes a thoughtfully designed digital journal that mirrors this progression.

Each week includes:

  • an overview of the theme
  • brief practices
  • space for reflection

As you go, you’ll fill in a simple snapshot grid to capture what stands out—insights, practices, and moments you want to remember.

Over six weeks, the journal becomes a personal record of what you want to carry forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Everything in this program is beginner-friendly and accessible. You can participate seated, standing, lying down, or even do some practices in bed. 

The program is taught from a trauma-informed lens. Everything is an invite and you are never pressured to go beyond your comfort level. 

The practices are:

  • gentle
  • trauma-aware
  • choice-based 
  • non-performative
  • paced to avoid overwhelm

Recordings are provided for every session. Because the practices build over time, you can revisit the guided rest and breathwork before the next week if you need to miss a session.

Recordings will not include small group discussions.

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • a gentle check-in
  • slow, supportive movement (chair or floor)
  • breathwork for nervous system regulation
  • a 20–30 minute guided rest practice
  • simple sleep-supportive education
  • light journaling or reflection
  • Optional weekly assignments to prepare for each week

Camera off after introductions is welcome. You can show up in pajamas. You can lie down the entire time.

That’s completely okay. Sharing is optional. Everyone is invited to take care of themselves. Some people start slow and share more as they get to know others in the program, but it’s not required.

Yes, and maintaining your rest rhythm is important.

You are invited to join Radiant, Rooted, & Expressive, a free monthly gathering for movement, reflection, and connection. Participate, observe, or rest. No experience needed.

Possible by Design also offers ongoing workshops, group programs, and yoga therapy. New group programs are under development. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter for the latest news.

  • WiFi access
  • A phone, tablet, or computer
  • Access to Zoom (free version)
  • A quiet space with soft lighting
  • A yoga mat or comfortable surface
  • A bolster is optional, but highly recommended — or have a thick pillow or rolled up blanket on hand.
  • Yoga blocks are optional, but can be helpful from time to time; books can make a good substitute
  • (Optional) A chair for seated or standing practice support
  • (Optional) A pillow or blanket for support and comfort

The program is not therapy, however, many people find  the exploration of yogic concepts along with optional group sharing, meditation, and gentle movement to be beneficial to their emotional health. It can compliment therapy but it is not a substitute.
